Access for every visitor
Accessibility
Cognivito aims to provide a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across common devices and assistive technologies.
Current accessibility measures
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, forms, buttons, links, and disclosure controls.
- A keyboard-accessible skip link and navigation, visible focus indicators, and Escape-key closing behavior.
- Responsive layouts that reflow for smaller screens and zoom.
- Text labels and instructions that do not rely on color alone.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and text equivalents for visual process maps.
- Reduced-motion support and printable checklist styles.
- Form labels, required-field indicators, validation, step status, character counts, and nonconfidential-submission warnings.
Known limits
Third-party services, external documents, embedded or linked content, and older archived articles may not offer the same level of accessibility as the current primary pages. Accessibility can also vary by browser, device, settings, and assistive technology.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you cannot access information or complete a website task, contact stewart@cognivito.com or call (541) 740-7552. Please identify the page, the task you were trying to complete, and a preferred format or communication method. Do not include confidential matter details in the initial message.
Ongoing improvement
Cognivito reviews the primary navigation, forms, content structure, color contrast, responsive behavior, and keyboard operation as the site changes. Reasonable accessibility feedback will be evaluated and addressed in proportion to impact and available means.
