Cognivito represents you only after conflicts and other acceptance requirements are satisfied and both sides enter a written engagement. Until then, do not send confidential or time-sensitive information.

Federal Innovation Counsel is a Cognivito practice description. It is not a government office, government program, certification, endorsement, or recognized legal specialty. Cognivito is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by a federal agency.

Federal awards, funding agreements, statements of work, amendments, agency requirements, facts, applicable law, and current official guidance control. A public award record or timing fact alone does not establish that an invention is a subject invention or that a company has a reporting or legal problem.

No guarantees

Past statements, general client-review excerpts, process descriptions, prices, timing estimates, and service descriptions do not guarantee acceptance, cost, timing, patentability, registration, compliance, title, patent rights, agency acceptance, funding, enforceability, commercialization, investment, transaction results, or any other outcome.
