Continuing relationship
A one-time Review can identify the current state of the portfolio. Ongoing counsel is designed for companies with a continuing job: new awards, new inventions, patent changes, reporting cycles, collaborations, commercialization activity, closeout, or transaction preparation.
This is defined-capacity recurring counsel, not unlimited outside counsel. Major patent matters, opinions, transactions, disputes, remediation, and specialist work remain separately scoped.

AI-assisted R&D inside recurring counsel
An appropriate recurring scope may include periodic AI-assisted invention intake, human-contribution documentation, pre-filing inventorship conferences, an evidence-preservation workflow, and coordination with patent prosecution counsel.
